After reading a semi-negative post about Mark (a.k.a. St. Marks Burger in the East Village) on a prominent Food blog I decided to go back and make sure I wasn’t crazy for loving this place. Since I was last here, they have introduced a Double bacon slider to their sparse menu. Of course I tried it and it was one of the juicest sliders I have ever had.

All the components of the burger (sautéed onions, plus the bacon-in-patty) came together wonderfully inside the soft potato roll bun, I ended up having about 3 with some fries and left confident of my love for the sliders here.
